You control your data in IndiSell Reach and can delete it at any time.
In the dashboard you can delete individual contacts, messages, campaigns, and products. Deleting your WhatsApp connection removes its stored credentials.
To permanently delete your workspace and all associated data (contacts, conversations, messages, orders, and connected-channel credentials), email support@indisell.io from your account email with the subject “Delete my workspace”. We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.
Removing a connected number or Instagram account deletes the token and message data we hold for it. A deletion request made through Meta (Instagram app → Apps and Websites) removes the Instagram conversation data we hold automatically and gives you a confirmation code you can check on this page. Data held by Meta is governed by Meta’s own policies.
